A wall once stood between two worlds,

But walls can disappear,

And what was divided long ago

Can find its way back near.

Today the bells and voices rise,

The streets are filled with cheer,

For freedom, peace, and unity

That brought a country here.

So let the flags fly in the breeze,

Let friendship light the day,

And may tomorrow build on hope

In every step we take.
