Benny Bear woke with a grin, “Come on, friends, the fun begins!” He put his red boots on his feet, Then bounced outside to feel the beat. Bounce, bounce, Benny, bounce up high, Touch the clouds that float nearby! Clap, clap, Benny, clap with me, One, two, three — as happy as can be! A little duck went, “Quack, quack, quack!” Benny waved and shouted back. A tiny rabbit hopped around, Making funny jumping sounds. Bounce, bounce, Benny, bounce up high, Wiggle your paws and wave goodbye! Clap, clap, Benny, clap with me, Dance beneath the apple tree! Then the sun began to hide, Benny’s friends came by his side. “Goodnight, Benny, sleep so tight, We’ll bounce again tomorrow bright!” Bounce, bounce, Benny, one last time, Dream of stars that softly shine.
