Pick one gently from its bed!

Crunchy, colorful, fresh, and strong!

Green and orange, red and bright,

Vegetables make our plates just right!

Potato sleeping under the ground, 🥔

Dig it up — look what we found!

Cucumber, green and long, 🥒

Crunch it up and sing our song!

Peas are hiding in a pod, 🫛

Tiny green balls — oh, what a lot!

Corn grows tall beneath the sun, 🌽

Peel the leaves — veggie fun!

Veggie, veggie, sing along,

Crunchy, colorful, fresh, and strong!

Green and orange, red and bright,

Vegetables make our plates just right!

Broccoli looks like a little tree, 🥦

Green and bumpy — look and see!

Spinach leaves are soft and green, 🌿

Healthy leaves we’ve ever seen!

Pumpkin grows big, round, and wide, 🎃

Pepper wears a shiny side! 🫑

Red or yellow, green or bright,

Veggies make our meals a delight!

Carrot, potato, peas, and corn,

Fresh new veggies every morn!

Tomato, spinach, pumpkin too,

So many vegetables for me and you!

Clap your hands and stomp your feet,

Learning veggies is such a treat!

The Friendly Monster- Kids Story Book

There was a legend of a monster that resided deep within the forest in a small settlement that was encircled by a pitch-black forest. The people in the village were afraid of it. They murmured tales of its deafening roar, keen claws, and flashing red eyes. They were unaware, however, that Momo, the monster, was not at all frightening. His eyes shone, not because he was cruel, but because he needed to see in the dark, and he was large and shaggy. Momo enjoyed painting drawings, baking cookies, and assisting stray animals in returning home. Everyone fled when they saw him, so he was just bashful.
